  • When will my order be dispatched?
    We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

    How long does delivery take?
    Standard UK delivery typically arrives in 2–4 working days. Express delivery options are available at checkout if you need your gift sooner.

    Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we only ship within the UK. We're working on offering international shipping in the future.

    Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
    If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’re happy to update your address. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@giftedlondon.co.uk .

  • Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
    Yes, simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout. We never include pricing in any parcels.

    Can I add a gift message?
    Absolutely. You can leave a personalised message during checkout, and we’ll include it inside the gift box on a beautifully printed note card.

    Do your boxes come gift-wrapped?
    All of our boxes are carefully hand-packed and arrive beautifully presented, ready to gift straight out of the parcel. No extra wrapping needed.

    Can I customise a gift box?
    We don’t offer full customisation, but we’re happy to help you swap items or create something special for an occasion. Just get in touch via our contact page.

    Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes we offer digital gift cards, you can find them in the main navigation on the top of our website. Perfect for last minute gifting or when you’re not sure what to choose.

    Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting?
    While we don’t offer traditional corporate gifting hampers, we’re happy to work with you on small batch orders or thoughtful gifting for client events, weddings, or team appreciation. Please get in touch to discuss.

  • Can I build my own gift box?
    Yes, and it’s one of our most popular features! Here’s how it works:

    1. Choose your box – Select a luxury black or white gift box in either small (up to 6 products) or large (up to 10 products).

    2. Select your gifts – Choose from our curated collection of self-care and lifestyle treats.

    3. Add a card and message – Pick from our range of occasion cards and include a personalised note (optional but always appreciated).

    We’ll then hand-pack your box beautifully and send it directly to your recipient, or to you.

  • Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?
    Many of the products we source are made with natural ingredients and are cruelty-free. While we don’t always list full ingredient details on every page, we’re happy to help with any queries, just drop us a message.

    Is your packaging eco-friendly?
    Yes. We use recyclable, reusable, or compostable packaging wherever possible, including our gift boxes, fill, and printed materials. Sustainability is very important to us and we don’t include plastic in our packaging.

  • What’s your return policy?
    Unused items can be returned within 14 days. Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened skincare or bath products.

    How do I start a return?
    Email us at info@giftedlondon.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll walk you through the process.
