Our Story

We’re a small, family-run business, founded by a mother and daughter duo who simply wanted to make gifting feel more meaningful, thoughtful and sustainable.

As a family with sensitive skin and a number of allergies, choosing natural, gentle and nourishing products has always been second nature to us. Over the years, we became far more conscious of ingredients, sourcing and waste, not just for ourselves, but for the wider impact those choices have. When Gifted London was born, it felt only natural to bring those values with us and to support brands that share a similar ethos.

For us, it’s always been about more than just what’s inside the box. It’s about care, intention and love, and creating gifts that feel considered, not disposable. Too often, gifting feels overly stereotyped or single-use, with little thought for longevity or the environment. We wanted to change that.

That’s why we use, re-use and supply recyclable and reusable packaging wherever possible, from luxury gift boxes to re-used outer packaging, eco-friendly packing peanuts and filling materials.
