Refund policy

At Gifted London, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 14‑day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • In resalable condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To start a return, email info@giftedlondon.co.uk. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and full instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if:

  • Your item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • Something is missing

Email info@giftedlondon.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

If the item was received as a gift, refunds for damaged or incorrect items will be issued as a Gifted London gift card.

Non‑Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Sale items (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Perishable goods

  • Beauty or personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Returns requested after 14 days

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

  • Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund

If the original order was marked as a gift, the refund will be issued as a Gifted London gift card.
